Yes, We are fully insured and so is your shipment. We carry a commercial general liability policy of $2,000,000, Non-Owned limits of $1,000,000 and $50,000 in commercial cargo. We can furnish you with a certificate if requested.
Yes, all drivers, while conducting services for Dash, are required to wear a company issued polo shirt, dark pants, and a Dash cap. We want to portray professionalism at it's best while delivering your packages.
All services start when you place the order, not when the driver arrives to pick-up your order. We realize some courier services do that locally, but we understand your deadlines and make sure your packages are delivered in the time that YOU specify.
We currently have 30+ drivers on the road at any given time. Our fleet consists of a mix of cars, trucks, vans & dock trucks. What ever size your shipment is, Dash Delivery Service has a vehicle to fit it in.

We use a state-of-the-art program called Courier Complete. It handles every aspect of our delivery business with many customizations to suit our customers needs. It allows us to offer "On-Line" order entry, which allows you order, track and trace capabilities in "real time". Our billing terms are Net 15 to existing customers and cash up front with first time orders.
Yes we do. You can call our customer service department with your credit card information and we'll process it immediately.
Our cars, vans and small trucks are independent contractors. Our cargo van and dock truck drivers are employees.

We differ in that we offer "customized" delivery solutions for each customer. Delivery needs are not all the same. For example, we warehouse exercise equipment which we assemble, field test, deliver and train customers how to properly use. We also utilize 2-man crews in our trucks for in-home furniture and plasma television deliveries. All of our courier drivers are certified medical delivery drivers trained for infectious and hazmat material delivery as well.
